Julie is great at what she does...and she does it all with an amazing "can do" attitude that exudes her love for her work AND her life as an accomplished pilot. She handled a rental for us in Eagles Nest and made sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. There were some glitches as the home had just gone through some remodeling and she was very responsive to the last few details that had to be worked out to make our stay there comfortable. We are looking for airpark property to purchase in Florida and Julie spent hours giving us invaluable information that would have taken us weeks to figure out on our own. She has unique insights to airpark living because she is both a resident and a pilot. She is also an experienced real estate agent who understandes the unique considerations of buying and selling in the aviation property market. As a Brit visiting Sun N Fun I was attracted to a stand displaying photographs of airparks. We don't have these in Britain but to own one in Florida would be a dream come true. My friends and I were shown a superb house by Lake Clinch in Central Florida, it had a large hangar and was adjacent to a 3000 ft. runway.
The realtor (we call them Estate Agents in England) offered to arrange a viewing and we took some time from the show to visit the house. Not only was the house beautiful, the agent Julie Fetcko was extremely well informed about the house, it's history and the area and when we decided to make an offer, Julie helped us all the way through what turned out to be a smooth and enjoyable transaction.
After the house was ours, Julie became a personal friend as she offered us advice and assistance when we bought a Cessna 172, and as a result of her introductions we made some new friends amongst our neighbors and the seaplane flying community in Florida.

Approximately five years ago, we met The Albatross Lady, Julie Fetcko, at Sun-N-Fun.
